Our Bak Kut Teh (BKT) contain 17 other spices in a sachet and traditional herbs. Cooking method: Prepare three bowls of water (3 Liters), three cloves of garlic and a sachet of spices BKT. Boiled for 30 minutes,then add 1kg of meat (or chicken with skin peeled off ), continue to cook for 30 minutes, and then add salt to taste. For vegetarian, cook the spices soup without garlic and meat.
