Galbani Gorgonzola Cremoso DOP is a blue cheese of medium maturity (at least seven weeks maturing time), which is particularly popular because of its mild taste and creamy-soft consistency.
Gorgonzola Cremoso tastes great on a slice of bread, with breadsticks or crackers. Due to its creamy consistency, it is also particularly suitable for preparing dips and starters as well as for creamy cheese sauces.
