PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
NCL PU FLEX-2 is a low viscosity hydrophobic hydroactive two-part semi-flexible Polyurethane injection resin designed to repair and seal water leakages caused by concrete defects such as cracks, porosity, cold joint, segregation and other imperfections especially in underground infrastructure.
The curing profile of NCL PU FLEX-2 is controllable by altering the Hardener ratio to cope with every site condition. Thus, NCL PU FLEX-2 is suitable for sealing all type of concrete structure with different severity of leakages from minor moisture intrusion to gushing water.
Once cured, NCL PU FLEX-2 forms a permanent watertight seal and excellent barrier against moisture and water penetration caused by hydrostatic pressure.
COMPOSITION
NCL PU FLEX-2 is a low viscosity Two-part Polyurethane Injection Resin which consists of Part A – Resin/Base and Part B – Hardener. Part A and Part B are pre-mixed before application.

APPLICATION GUIDELINE
NCL PU FLEX-2 can be injected using single-line high-pressure injection machine e.g. NCL SWM1000, NCL SWM1100, NCL DHP-M1000 or NCL DHP-M2000. The resin and hardener shall be mixed homogeneously before use. Refer to Method Statement for complete guide.
FINAL PRODUCT
The hydrophobic injection resin first displace water then react, expand and foams to dense closed-cell semi-flexible watertight seal in concrete structure.

STORAGE & HANDLING
It is recommended to keep container tightly closed in a cool (20 - 25°C), dry and well-ventilated place. Partly used drums/pails should be properly sealed to prevent ingress of moisture. To increase the material life expectancy, partially used drum/pail can be filled with nitrogen gas and sealed tightly to prevent contamination. When the material is stored properly, the shelf life is approximately twelve (12) months from the production date.
WASTE DISPOSAL
Waste disposal should be in accordance with all applicable local and national regulations. Kindly check with the local authorities on proper disposal method. Empty drums/pails should be punctured to clear the content. Care must be taken to prevent environmental contamination from the use of this material.
HEALTH & SAFETY

Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Treat symptomatically and get medical attention immediately.

Inhalation: Remove from exposure. If there is any difficulty in breathing, get medical attention immediately.

Skin Contact: Remove contaminated clothing. Immediately flush affected area thoroughly with mild soap and water.

Eye Contact: Immediately flood eyes with plenty of water for a minimum of 15 minutes holding the eyes open.
