Chicken
1) Prepare 4-5 pcs of chicken whole legs. Well clean and remove the excess fat.
2) Cut the chicken whole legs into 4 pcs for each whole leg.
3) Season the chicken with some salt and pepper. Set aside.
4) Stand by a steamer with boiling water.
5) Place the chicken whole legs with plate and put into the steamer to steam for 8-9 mins.
6) Remove the chicken whole legs from the steamer and throw out the excess water.
7) Place in 200g of reheat/thaw ginger sauce on the chicken whole legs and fully coated it.
8) Place it back to the steamer and continue to steam for another 7-8 mins.
9) Lastly, remove the chicken whole legs from the steamer and garnish with some coriander, spring onion & etc.
