For the use of frequency converters in regenerative operation, compact brake resistors are available for selection for different power consumptions. The brake resistor is mounted near the converter, which saves space. The resistor elements are non-flammable and enclosed to protect against harmful environmental influences. They allow an extreme pulse load with high dielectric strength.
