Description

To test various parameters involving IR Receiver Module IC along side with an Automatic Handler or a Manual handler.
Provide excitation such IR light irradiation up to 100 kHz.
Measure output parameters such as pulse width, pulse count, voltage and current.
Communicate and control two handlers at the same time, which are running in parallel.
