Cooking Method: Defrost naturally before stir fry with vegetables or in curry.

Sauteed vegetarian mutton with basil:
Ingredients: Vege mutton (500g), Basil (20g), cooking oil.
Steps:
Defrost 500g of vege mutton for 30 minutes.
Clean the ready basil with water and leave it to dry. You may use a scale machine and weigh it for 20g. If you do not have a scale, You can add it accordingly to your preference.
Heat the pot, add a little cooking oil, once ready, pour in the vege mutton and stir-fry for 30 seconds, add in the basil and continue to stir-fry for another 30 seconds before serving.
The simple, delicious and easily prepared sauteed Vege mutton with basil is ready to serve.
