Ang Ku Kueh Mold Peach Kueh
This could be used for glutinous rice flour cake or other oriental pastry. It is made from dense hard polycarbonate.
Ang ku kueh is Hokkien for red tortoise cakes (glutinous rice cakes with sweet fillings). Angku is most commonly filled with mung bean or peanut fillings and moulded into shape of a tortoise to signify longevity. Red colour symbolizes luck. Chinese often give these red delights to relatives / friends to celebrate weddings, birthdays, or a newborn full moon (first month).
Each mould come with two pattern ( front site is Angku, opposite is peach)
