Ipoh Commercial Centre (ICC) is a project undertaken by Sycal ICC Properties Sdn Bhd. ICC is a mixed-use development comprising a 21-storey of commercial suites, a meeting and events (M.I.C.E.) centre, retail and a five-star hotel.
