Drug interaction
Ca-channel blockers eg, verapamil, diltiazem, dihydropyridines eg, nifedipine, digitalis, class 1 antiarrhythmic agents eg, disopyramide & amiodarone. Sympathomimetic agents eg, adrenaline; prostaglandin synthetase inhibitors eg, ibuprofen, indomethacin; lithium; anaesth agents.
