Miconazole nitrate
Indication
Dermatophytes or yeasts, mycoses & other fungi eg, Tinea capitis, corporis, manuum, barbae, cruris, pedis.
Instruction
Apply some cream to the lesions twice daily.
Drug interaction
Monitor anticoagulant effect w/ warfarin. Increased oral hypoglycemic & phenytoin effects.
