1. Place the knife sharpener on a stable surface when using.
2. Place knife on the slot. Using slight downward pressure with 20° runs the blade from its heel to its point through the slot (follow the direction of the indicator arrow), repeat three to five times. Re-use every six months or as required.
3. After using the knife sharpener, wipe the knife blade carefully with a damp cloth or rinse with water and dry thoroughly. Clean the knife sharpener with non-abrasive brush.
