Tube drawing soluble oil

FDX 580 is a water soluble oil developed for the tube drawing of steel and galvanized steel. The product has been formulated to form high stable emulsions for use in individual and centralized systems.

Applications

Thanks to its alkaline buffer and the biostatic character it provides a steady pH and a good bacteria control in normal working conditions. This product can be used pure for light and medium plate drawing.
