FSSC 22000 is Food Safety Management Certification Scheme which provide a framework to control food safety risks and provide safe products for use by companies in the food industry and its supply chain. It is fully recognised by Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and is based on existing ISO standards. This allows your customers to have confidence in your food safety program and know that you have an effective food safety assurance program in place
This 2-day course introduce FSSC 22000 requiremtents and Food Safety Internal Audit (ISO 22000:2018 and ISO/TS 22002-1:2009 standards). Participants will be able to learn knowledge and skills required to conduct internal food safety audit against food safety standard. From leadership to food defense will be introduce to participants through presentation, industrial experience sharing and group activities.
