Description
Vital Grey Pro RTV is specially designed for dealership warranty requirements that ensure extended drivetrain warranty compliance. It features fast-curing, sensor-safe, low odor, and non-corrosive formulation that meets performance specs of OE silicone gaskets. It forms reliable “formed-in-place” gaskets that resist cracking, shrinking, and migration caused by thermal cycling. It is permanently flexible and stable at between -80 °F to 625 °F (-62 °C to 330 °C). It is also resistant against automotive fluids.

Application: Rear valve covers, oil pans, timing covers, water pumps, thermostat housing, transmission pans etc.
Direction:
- Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of dirt, grease, oil or water. Pucnture tube cap and install nozzle.
- Apply sealant and press substrate firmly before sealant skins.
- Sealant skins in 5 minutes and fully cures in 24 hours.
- Replace cap after use and store in a cool, dry place.
