(To find your size, measure the circumference around the knuckles excluding the thumb - your hand should be open with the fingers together)

- Medium = 8 - 8.5" (20 - 21.5cm)
- Large = 8.5 - 9" (21.5 - 23cm)
- XL = 9 - 10" (23 - 25cm)
