PREPARATION METHOD:

Add 400ml water into a pan & heat till boiled, then add in 1 no. of tomato cut wedges, 2 nos. of shallot cubes & vegetables of choice. Cook for about 10 minutes.

Add 1 full packet of MY Chef Chef Tom Yam Paste & 150g of chicken breast slice, prawn & squid. Simmer them until cooked.

Lastly, add some coriander leaves & chilli slices. Best served while hot.
