The MXLE compressed air dryer has been purposefully engineered to combine the advantages of an MX heatless adsorption dryer with the added benefits of reduced energy expenses and a smaller environmental footprint, thanks to its vacuum-based regeneration method. This innovation permits approximately 17% more of the produced clean and dry compressed air to be efficiently utilized throughout the entire facility.
The MXLE compressed air dryer comes equipped with pre and post OIL-X filters, which have undergone rigorous third-party testing in accordance with ISO12500-1 / ISO8573-4 standards, resulting in delivered air quality that complies with ISO8573-1.
Its modular construction enhances flexibility; similar to the MX model, these units can be grouped together to provide additional compressed air drying capacity should the demand surge. This distinctive feature allows for a 100% standby capability, all at a fraction of the cost of a conventional twin tower dryer. Moreover, individual dryers can be easily isolated for routine maintenance, all while ensuring a consistent supply of clean and dry air to the facility. Additionally, MXLE offers an extra layer of security through a full backup mode. In the unlikely event of a vacuum pump malfunction, the dryer can seamlessly switch to full heatless operation to keep the facility running smoothly.
Under full load conditions, the MXLE consumes an average of 60% less energy compared to a typical heatless dryer and 39% less energy compared to a heat regenerative dryer of similar capacity. These energy savings are further amplified during periods of low air demand, thanks to the integrated Energy Saving Technology (EST) that comes as a standard feature.
The construction of this compressed air dryer meets FDA Title 21 requirements and is exempt under EC1935-2004 regulations. As a result, the MXLE compressed air dryer is exceptionally well-suited for applications in the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries.
