Description
IN THE PLASTIC PROCESSING INDUSTRY, PRODUCTS OFTEN SUFFER FROM ISSUES SUCH AS SHRINKAGE, CRACKING, BUBBLES, FLOW MARKS, AND POOR TRANSPARENCY. THE PRIMARY CAUSE OF THESE QUALITY ISSUES IS INADEQUATE DRYING OF THE PLASTIC BEFORE MOLDING. ENGINEERING PLASTICS LIKE PA, PET, PU, TPU, PC, PBT, CA, AND OTHER HIGHLY HYGROSCOPIC MATERIALS CANNOT BE THOROUGHLY DRIED USING TRADITIONAL HOT AIR DRYERS, AS MOISTURE TENDS TO PENETRATE THE PLASTIC PARTICLES. EXPERIENCE HAS DEMONSTRATED THAT BY REDUCING THE DEW POINT OF DRY AIR TO BELOW -40°C AND DIRECTING IT WITH CONTROLLED HEAT ONTO THE SURFACE OF WET PLASTIC PELLETS, THE MOISTURE CONTENT CAN BE REDUCED TO BELOW 0.02% BEFORE MOLDING. THE THREE-IN-ONE DEHUMIDIFICATION DRYER OPERATES BY FULLY DEHUMIDIFYING AND HEATING THE AIR IN A CLOSED CIRCULATION SYSTEM. THE DRY AIR RAPIDLY SEPARATES THE MOISTURE FROM THE PLASTIC PARTICLES, ACHIEVING EFFECTIVE DEHUMIDIFICATION AND DRYING.
