Intel Core!" i5-2400S Processor

In January 2011, the Intel Core i5-2400S, a four-core desktop CPU, was introduced. It uses Socket 1155 and the Sandy Bridge architecture as part of the Core i5 range. The Core i5-2400S runs at 2.5 GHz by default, but depending on the workload, it can reach 3.3 GHz. It also includes 6 MB of L3 cache. 1,160 million transistors are being used by Intel in the 32 nm manufacturing process to create the Core i5-2400S.
