Intel Xeon Processor W3550

The Intel Xeon W3550 server/workstation CPU featured four cores. It is part of the Xeon family, featuring the Bloomfield architecture and Socket 1366. Intel Hyper-Threading basically doubles the core count to eight threads. The Xeon W3550 has 8 MB of L3 cache and runs at 3.066 GHz by default, but can increase to 3.333 GHz depending on the workload. The Xeon W3550 was built by Intel using a 45 nm fabrication process and 731 million transistors.
