Description
KTH AC 736 GREY GREEN PRIMER is single component solvent based anti-corrosion primer. It is incorporated with non-heavy metal types of rust inhibitive pigment to enable active corrosion protection to the steel substrate. It has good hiding power, good build and gives low gloss finishing to painted surfaces. A suitable top-coat should be painted over the primer as to protect it from UV deterioration and to enhance the corrosion protection of the product.
Applications
- As a primer in a multi-coat coating system. It is most suitable for use in steel, GI and other metal surfaces, where corrosion protection is required.

- Pigment: Zinc phosphate and green oxide pigment.
- Binder: Modified long oil alkyd resin
- Solvent: Hydrocarbon

- Viscosity : 67 ± 5 KU at 30°C
- Theoretical Coverage: 9 – 10.5 m2/litre

- Recommended Wet Film Thickness: 95 - 115 microns per coat
