Product Description
Teflon Fabric Sheet is a composite material made by coating fiberglass cloth with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), commonly known as Teflon. This results in a fabric with excellent non-stick properties and high resistance to heat and chemicals.
Features:
Electrical Insulation: Good dielectric strength
Tensile Strength: High tensile strength due to the fabric base
Non-Stick Surface: Low friction, non-stick properties
High Temperature Resistant: Suitable for temperatures from -70°C to 260°C
Chemical Resistant: Withstands exposure to oils, solvents, and chemicals
Durable & Reinforced: Strengthened with fiberglass or similar materials
Low Friction: Minimizes wear on contact surfaces
Non Toxic : Safe for food processing application
Application: Used for non-stick cooking surfaces like baking sheets, oven liners, and grill mats. It is also applied in industrial settings for conveyor belts, insulation jackets, and laminating release sheets, as well as in chemical processing, automotive seals, and aerospace applications for its heat resistance and durability. Additionally, its dielectric properties make it suitable for electrical insulation.
