Product Description
PTFE Stainless Steel Braided Hose is a flexible conduit constructed with a stainless steel outer braid and an inner core made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), commonly known as Teflon. This combination provides the hose with exceptional strength, chemical resistance, and temperature tolerance.
Features
Chemical Resistance: Exceptional resistance to a wide range of chemicals and solvents.
Temperature Tolerance: Effective in temperatures from -73°C to 260°C
High Pressure Rating: Capable of handling high pressures due to the stainless steel braid reinforcement.
Smooth Bore: Ensures smooth, unobstructed fluid flow and reduces turbulence.
Durability: Resistant to abrasion, mechanical damage, and environmental factors.
Flexibility: Maintains flexibility while providing strength and pressure integrity.
Application: Used in steam ironing and cleaning, transporting caustic chemicals, and handling food and pharmaceuticals. It's also applied in coolant lines for plastic molding presses, canning machines, and gas/chlorine cylinders. The hose is utilized in air conditioning systems, automatic painting plants, and as discharge lines for compressors. It also use in transporting air, oil, and petrol in the automotive, motorcycle, and shipbuilding industries.
