CHY-S Thickness tester

Thickness Tester CHY-S is used for test thickness for various hard and soft materials, such as plastic films, sheets, paper, foils and other materials within 10mm thickness.Fully automatic test mode, both continuous measurement and point measurement mode available, equipped with imported high precision sensor can make the test resolution up to 0.001mm (1 microns).

Contact test principle. Interception of a certain size of the sample, the thickness of the measuring head automatically landed on the sample, the thickness of the test specimen relying on a fixed pressure and a fixed contact area .
