Step 2: Customer should proceed to pack and send it to us and provide us the tracking number of the parcel to us. Customer will need to bare the cost of shipping the product back to us as it is stated in Shopee.
Step 3: Upon receiving, we need about 2 to 4 weeks to check the product by our After-Sales service team and we will notify customer on the updates.
