VICKERS HARDNESS VISION MEASUREMENT iVPAD
1.Features:
iVPad was developed by Windows operation system, it integrated high resolution CMOS camera and iV2.0
vickers software, iVPad can be worked with any vickers hardness testers, replace the traditional eyepiece,
directly measure the indentation, mainly used to upgrade existed or new vickers hardness testers.
There is no need to aim indentation and reading dialog line, and can avoid human error when measure
dialog line, largely improve accuracy and efficiency.
Users can export Word/Excel report, and feedback the result to their suppliers and customers, improve
quality control capacity.

1. Introduction:
Our new generation vickers/knoop measurement software with friendly operation interface, apply USB
camera to fast capture video and images, supports case depth inspection by analyzing the indentation
image.
In traditional way, operators judge the size of the indentation through the microscopes, due to vision
errors, different operators obtain different measurement results for same indentation, while by software,
then indentation is enlarged through high resolution lens, and the size of indentation can be automatical-
ly obtained by image processing algorithm, largely improve the accuracy and efficiency.
