This turnkey project was to design and built a fatty ester plant to produce ester from fatty acid and alcohol located at Westport, Malaysia.

In this project, we worked together with Lipico Engineering Sdn Bhd. As a team, we provided engineering, procurement, construction management, and commissioning of the plant-based on the plot area and process requirements given.

We supplied and fabricated stainless steel storage tanks (28 nos.), process vessels (such as mixing vessels and heating vessels), all the facility systems (includes steam, compressed air, water), air pollution scrubbing system, wastewater treatment system, and etc.
