Shimane Sweet is harvested in mid- to late August, during the peak of the average grape season.
It's a grape variety that has little acidity, large grains with low acidity, slightly strong sweetness and seedless. Because it has little acidity, it has the characteristic of being very sweet even if the sugar content is not that high.
The sweetness of the grapes is rich and reminiscent of Lisamato grapes, and when you bite into them, the juicy juice overflows. The flesh is somewhat hard.
