How it works
The thinkTop Basic uses an innovative sensor system to detect valve stem movement with an accuracy of ± 0.1 mm. This system calculates the valve position by determining the angle of the magnetic field created by an indication pin mounted on the valve stem.
The system converts electrical signals from PLC into mechanical energy, which is used to energize or de-energize the air-operated valve, adjusting its position as required. Up to three solenoids valves are used to convert electrical current into the necessary mechanical action.
Thinktop Basic units also feature built-in LED indicators for visual status updates and can be integrated with a PLC for seamless valve automation.
