Montelukast Sandoz 10mg is indicated for:
Prophylaxis and chronic treatment of asthma in adults and children aged 15 years and older.
Relief of daytime and nighttime symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis in adults and children aged 15 years and older.
Prevention of exercise-induced bronchoconstriction in patients aged 15 years and older.
Dosage: Take one 10mg tablet once daily in the evening.
Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with a sufficient quantity of fluid; do not chew, crush, or break it.
Consistency: Take the medication at the same time each day for optimal results.
Missed Dose: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it's almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose—do not double the dose.
Precautions: Consult your doctor before use if you have a history of liver disease, phenylketonuria (due to aspartame content), or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
