Irbesartan 300 mg. This medication is used to treat high blood pressure (essential hypertension) and to protect the kidneys in patients with high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes,  and laboratory evidence of impaired kidney function.

  Instructions:

1. Dosage: The usual dose is 150 mg once daily, which can be increased to 300 mg once daily if needed. Always follow your doctor's prescription.
2. Administration: Take IRBEDIP with or without food. Try to take your daily dose at the same time each day.
3. Missed Dose: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it's almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
4. Storage: Store below 30°C and keep out of reach of children.
5. Precautions: Inform your doctor if you have any allergies, especially to irbesartan or lactose intolerance. Also, let your doctor know about any other medications you are taking.
