Indications:

Transamin 250 /mg is used for managing various bleeding conditions, including:

• Heavy menstrual bleeding

• Excessive bleeding during dental surgery

• Nosebleeds (epistaxis)

• Bleeding disorders and clotting abnormalities

• Internal organ bleeding

• Bleeding related to ulcerative colitis

• Hereditary angioedema

• Postpartum or traumatic blood loss

Instructions:

• Typical dose: 3 to 8 capsules per day, divided into 3–4 doses (approx. 750–2000 /mg daily)

• Take orally with water, swallow capsule whole; do not chew or crush 

• Can be taken with or without food; ideally at fixed times each day for consistency

• Use should generally not exceed 5 days, unless otherwise directed by a physician
