XPOVIO 20mg Film-Coated Tablet contains 20 mg of selinexor as its active ingredient. Selinexor is a selective inhibitor of nuclear export (SINE) used in the treatment of certain cancers.
Indications:
XPOVIO is indicated for:

• Multiple Myeloma: In combination with bortezomib and dexamethasone for adult patients who have received at least one prior therapy.
• Relapsed or Refractory Multiple Myeloma: In combination with dexamethasone for adult patients who have received at least four prior therapies and whose disease is refractory to at least two proteasome inhibitors, two immunomodulatory agents, and an anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody.
• Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL): For adult patients with relapsed or refractory DLBCL after at least two lines of systemic therapy who are not eligible for hematopoietic cell transplant.

• Dosage: The recommended dosage varies based on the condition being treated. For multiple myeloma in combination with bortezomib and dexamethasone, the dose is 100 mg once weekly. For multiple myeloma in combination with dexamethasone, the dose is 80 mg twice weekly. For DLBCL, the dose is 60 mg twice weekly.
• Administration: Take the tablet with water. It can be taken with or without food.
• Consistency: Take the medication at the same time each day to help you remember.
• Precautions: Inform your doctor if you have any history of heart problems, liver or kidney issues, or if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
