Indications
XPOVIO is used for:
Treatment of multiple myeloma:
In combination with bortezomib and dexamethasone for patients who have received at least one prior therapy.
In combination with dexamethasone for relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma in patients who have received at least four prior therapies and whose disease is refractory to specific treatments.
Treatment of relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) after at least two lines of systemic therapy.
Instructions
Dosage:
For multiple myeloma (with bortezomib and dexamethasone): 100 mg orally once weekly.
For multiple myeloma (with dexamethasone): 80 mg orally on Days 1 and 3 of each week.
For DLBCL: 60 mg orally on Days 1 and 3 of each week.
Administration: Take orally with water. Do not crush or chew the tablets.
Precautions:
Regular monitoring of blood counts, liver function, and nutritional status is recommended.
May cause side effects such as nausea, fatigue, low blood counts, and weight loss.
Avoid use if allergic to selinexor or other ingredients.
Consult a doctor if pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking other medications.
Storage: Store at room temperature (15–30°C) and protect from light.
