Rafinlar 75mg Hard Capsules contain 75 mg of dabrafenib, which is a BRAF inhibitor used to treat melanoma. Dabrafenib works by targeting and inhibiting the activity of the mutated BRAF protein, which can help slow or stop the growth of cancer cells.
Indications:

• Unresectable or Metastatic Melanoma: Treatment of adult patients with melanoma that cannot be removed by surgery and has spread to other parts of the body, with a BRAF V600 mutation.
• Adjuvant Treatment of Melanoma: In combination with trametinib, it is used to prevent melanoma from coming back after it has been removed by surgery in adult patients with Stage III melanoma with a BRAF V600 mutation.
• BRAF V600E Mutation-Positive Unresectable or Metastatic Solid Tumors: In combination with trametinib, it is used to treat adult and pediatric patients with solid tumors that have a BRAF V600E mutation and have progressed following prior treatment.

1. Administration: Take orally, as directed by your doctor.
2. Dosage: The recommended dosage for adult patients is 150 mg (two 75 mg capsules) twice daily. For pediatric patients, the dosage is based on body weight.
3. Timing: Take it at the same time each day to help you remember.
4. Monitoring: Regular monitoring of blood counts and other parameters is essential.
