Instructions:
Dosage:

• Adults: The usual dose is one 10 mg tablet taken immediately before bedtime.
• Elderly or debilitated patients: A reduced dose of 5 mg may be considered.
• Patients with liver impairment: The recommended dose is 5 mg, which can be increased to 10 mg if tolerated.
• Do not take more than one tablet per day.

• Take the tablet orally with a glass of water.
• Do not crush or chew the tablet; swallow it whole.
• Ensure you have at least 7-8 hours to sleep before taking the medication.
