Rozlytrek (Entrectinib) 100mg Hard Capsules contain the active ingredient entrectinib. Each capsule contains 100 mg of entrectinib.
Indications:
Rozlytrek is used for the treatment of:
-Adults with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread to other parts of the body and is caused by an abnormal ROS1 gene.
-Adults and children 1 month of age and older with solid tumors that:
-Are caused by certain abnormal NTRK genes.
-Have spread or if surgery to remove their cancer is likely to cause severe complications.
-Have no satisfactory alternative treatment option or the cancer grew or spread on other treatment.
Instructions:
Dosage: The recommended dose for adults is 600 mg orally once daily. For pediatric patients, the dose is based on body surface area (BSA) and should be calculated by the healthcare provider.
Administration: Rozlytrek capsules should be swallowed whole with water. They can be taken with or without food.
Missed Dose: If a dose is missed, it should be taken as soon as possible on the same day. If it is within 12 hours of the next dose, skip the missed dose and take the next dose at the regular time.
