Azithromycin Film-Coated Tablets 500mg (Lesvi Lab) contain the active ingredient azithromycin dihydrate. Each tablet contains 500 mg of azithromycin.
Indications:
Azithromycin is used for the treatment of:
-Chest infections: Such as acute bronchitis and pneumonia.
-Throat, ear, or nasal infections: Including tonsillitis, pharyngitis, acute otitis media, and sinusitis.
-Skin and soft tissue infections: Such as folliculitis, cellulitis, and erysipelas.
-Sexually transmitted diseases: Caused by Chlamydia trachomatis, Haemophilus, or Gonorrhoea.
Instructions:
Dosage: Follow the dosage prescribed by your doctor. The usual dose for adults is 500 mg once daily for 3 days.
Administration:
Take the tablet with a full glass of water.
It can be taken with or without food.
Missed Dose: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and take the next dose at the regular time. Do not take extra medicine to make up the missed dose.
