FOAM TANK OPERATION INSTRUCTION:
- Please open the 3/8F/M valve to facilitate the air discharge.
- Add water from funnel until the indicator tube is full over lever.
- Add the cleaner in to the foam tank, the general ratio of 80L(water) of 1000cc cleaner. Due to the difference characteristics of each brand cleaner, and according to the actual needs of foam effect, the cleaner proportional can be increased or decreased.
- The 3/8 F/M valve will be shut down open the 1/4 F/M SWITCH to complete the add process, then u can use the foam machine.
NOTICE
- The machine has been set inlet pressure 4BAR/0.4Mpa, except the absence of exceptional circumstance, we needn't adjust the pressure valve.
- If air pressure is form 4-5BAR / 0.4~0.5Mpa, we can make the foam to be produced in the best state.
- Max. working pressure is 8BAR / 0.8Mpa.
