Suitable for colorful screen printing on sign board, vertical image POP, sticker, plastic board, acrylic, glass, metal board, wooden board,…etc.
1. Table cleaning system: There are brushes and vacuum device under the loading section to clean printing table while the table
rising to the top for loading substrate. So the table can keep clean without dust.
2. Substrate 90° registration device: Three units of the up/down cylinder for positioning substrate at loading section. The
cylinders are movable for matching with different substrate sizes.
3. Printing table registration structure: The strong V positioning trough and forceful pushing cylinder to ensure the accuracy of the
table registration.
4. Transmission structure of printing table: Use Mitsubishi servo motor to cooperate with high precision reducer and high
tension German chain for table transmission. The vacuum table holds the substrate firmly without moving during printing and
table transmission.
5. Printing head: After pressure setting, the squeegee pressure can be offset if the substrate is a bit not flat. Machine has 1~3
time continuous printing function.
6. The printing stroke is set by movable sensor.
7. The printing head can be set as stops either at front or rear after printing.
8. Synchronous Off-contact structure: The off-contact transmission is driven by AC motor and the speed is control by inverter. The lifting height of the off-contact frame can be preset according to printing speed.
9. Frame base structure: The left/right frame bases are movable for matching with different frame sizes.
10. UV lampshade: with aluminum extruded heat sink, German reflex mirror to achieve the highest UV output.
11. Cooling of UV oven: with high efficiency exhausting motor and special radiator to reduce the temperature of UV oven.
12. UV operation panel: Power switch for each lamp, UV intensity selective switch (50% & 100%) for each lamp, Amp meter for
each lamp, Accumulating timer for each lamp, over temperature indicator.
13. Operation system of printer: PLC control with simple button switches. The PLC can be connected to the network for
monitoring. The HMI touch screen is optional. All the functions can be integrated in the HMI system.
