Noise is one of the most common occupational hazards at work place and therefore workers need to be protected against this hazard. As per stipulated in Section [27] of the Factories and Machinery [Noise Exposure] Regulations 1989, employees that are exposed to noise level that are equal or higher than the action level need to be provided with a training on hearing conversation. |
