TC-X30 Series
Our company's standard machines, the TechniClean TC-X30 Series, are loved by our many customers.
We offer a variety of rubbers of varying adhesive strengths and diverse machine sizes to support a range of materials.

The TC-X30 Series offers six sized, from the TC-230 to the TC-1230. In addition to the standard conveyer, we offer a flat belt conveyer and a mini conveyer to meet your specifications.

TC-630 TC-230、TC-1230 Easy maintenance
Cleaning the cleaning rollers after they catch dust maintains their adhesive strength.

The upper and lower cleaning rollers can be removed easily and need only to be wiped with a special cleaning solution.
Our machines have low operating costs.

All parts of the drive parts, including rollers and gears, are contained within the main body. Additionally, our machines are equipped with a mechanism to automatically stop operation when the top cover is opened.
Standard specifications for all models

◆Sealed body

All areas except the material entrance and exit are sealed to protect the rollers from airborne dust.

◆Operation function

PLC control facilitates reversible, continuous, automatic one-way, and automatic two-way cleaning operations. Signals may also be input externally.

◆Static eliminating device

Static eliminator bars are attached at two locations inside the main body: the entrance and exit.

◆Thin material roll-in prevention unit

Models are equipped with a roll-in prevention belt unit which allows for the cleaning of even thin films (50 microns or thicker). (DT30, DW30, DT80, D80)

◆Optional conveyers for material transfer

Conveyers are optional for all models.
