Vince Tay is a Digital Marketing Strategist and HRD Corp Accredited Trainer with over 10 years of experience helping SMEs grow through integrated online and offline marketing strategies.
Specialising in Digital Marketing Strategy, Vince has worked closely with businesses to design campaigns that connect billboard visibility, location intelligence, and social media engagement—turning marketing data into actionable decisions.
