BSV series rotary vane vacuum pump belongs to double stage direct drive type. It is an ideal choice for laboratory application.
Advantage:
1. Using SIC ceramic bearings, it has properties of good high temperature resistance, cold, wear and corrosion resistance, self-lubricating and beneficial to prolong the service life of the vacuum pump.
2. No rotary vane spring selection makes the character of low noise, low vibration but long service life.
3. Without oil return, the built-in check valve ensures no oil return when the pump shut down by closing the oil tube between oil tank and chamber.
4. Forced feed lubrication of built-in oil pump ensures the pump running continuously and stably for long time at the atmospheric pressure.
5. Air spring, dual rotary vane design is used. The vane can be closed to the chamber wall by the pressure differential between the chamber sides during the discharge processing so as to prevent the pump from stopping caused by the break age of metal spring. That is effectively enhance the pumping capacity and stability of the vacuum pump.
