is further functionalized to provide the most inert surface available. Applied via chemical vapor deposition (CVD),
SilcoNert® 2000 is ideal when trace-level testing accuracy (< parts-per-million) of sulfurs, mercury, ammonia, or
other active compounds is imperative.
