Thereafter : 3M SIBOR + 3.0%

Commercial Property

Year 2 : 3M SIBOR + 3.5%

Thereafter: 3M SIBOR + 4.0%

 

Financing Quantum: Up to 70% of the purchase price or valuation, whichever is lower
