Indoor Air Quality Assessment (IAQ)

In compliance with Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), - Industry Code of Practice on Indoor Air Quality 2010, all building offices or any part of the building or totally enclosed areas served by mechanical ventilating and air conditioning (MVAC) system included air-cooled split unit needs to be monitored. The objectives of this assessment are:

1. Identify the potential sources of indoor air contaminants presented with the indoor environment
2. Measure the extent of IAQ exposure and health risks of the occupants from the suspected indoor air contaminants.
3. Provide recommendations and control measures to reduce the indoor health risks.
