Machine Power transmissions and motion controls are with closed or semi closed circuits which equipped with the most advanced Electric Servo Driven and/or Hybrid Combination Systems depending on various production requirements. Conventional Fixed or Variable Displacement open circuit systems are also available for those productions which constant power is fit for a more effective solution.

Distinctive Energy Efficient - with the Electric Servo Driven closed loop motion controls and/or the Hybrid Combination controls, power saving 40-80% less than the conventional open circuit system.

Excellent Repeatability performance - up to 0.2% with Electric Servo closed loop controls.

Fast duty response time - the motion respondse time of the Electric Servo Motor is below 0.3sec.

Extremely low noise level - average 57-65 dBA on different model machines.

Centralised control point to point librication - pressurised lubrication on individual turning points, optional lub oil auto cycling filtration, water oil separation system available on request. Purified lub oil is allowed to reuse.

Low oil tank temperature rise - thanks to the lni idling power consumption, heat generation of the hydraulic system is limited. cooling system capacity therefore can be greatly reduce.

Fine regulated back pressure control - beside the manual pressureor flow controls, optinal electric proportional back pressure control can be obtained through the operation of the machine controller. Fine regulated back pressure range 0-3 MPA.

Precise barrel heating temperature - PID control with individual SSR functions. Machine controller offers fine adjustment and precise temparature control on individual sections of the injection screw barrel.
