Torres 'Coronas' Tempranillo

The King of Tempranillo - The traditional Tempranillo variety is the basis of Coronas, ennobled with a small proportion of Cabernet Sauvignon.
The oldest trademark, Mr Juan Torres Casals registered it on 7 February 1907. Having celebrated its 100th anniversary recently, it is no doubt one of the oldest trademarks with the most history in the Spanish wine making world. Brilliant, dark ruby red wine.

Delicate floral (wild rose) and fruit (cherry) notes are joined by a fascinating balsamic note (cedar wood). Intense and expressive on the palate, with elegant tannins framed by toasted oak. Ideal with read meats, creamy cheeses and traditional paellas. Serve at 17-18C.
