Ecocool 700 NBF (M) is suitable for the machining of all ferrous and no-ferrous metals, from general to difficult machining applications where water soluble cutting fluid is required.
Ecocool 700 NBF (M) is suitable for the machining of Engineering Plastic Materials like PU, ABS, PP, etc.
Ecocool 700 NBF (M) is suitable for the Sawing Operation of ferrous and non-ferrous Material where water soluble cutting fluid is required.

Benefits
 No foam. Higher pressures and flow rates in new machining equipment generate severe conditions for a metalworking fluid, with foam generation causing poor tool life, pump damage and safety concerns.

Ecocool 700 NBF (M) is non-foaming, protecting your personnel and equipment.  No tank side top-up. Many biocides are also toxic to humans and the environment.

Ecocool 700 NBF (M) does not need any additional biocides as its biostatic nature restricts the development of both bacteria and fungus thus extending coolant life and minimizing problems of bad odours.  Rapid demulsification.

Ecocool 700 NBF (M) does not emulsify tramp oil allowing easy removal by oilskimming devices. Waste treatment is significantly easier.
